Plumbing problem

The flapper in the back of the toilet was getting caught up on the chain and remaining in the up position causing the toilet to run. I was afraid to mess with it myself so I called Living Waters and Mr. Bell walked me through the fix over the phone and now it is functioning like it is supposed to.
