Plumbing problem
A State ProLine XE Tankless X3 water heater displayed Error Code 291. The condensate drainage system was inspected, debris restricting condensate flow was removed, and the inspection continued through the drainage assembly. The original installation did not include a proper external condensate drain connection. A proper condensate drain line was installed, normal drainage was restored, and the system returned to normal operation.
